About the area
Within walking distance you’ll find swimming spots, restaurants, a playground, shopping, a grocery store, and the lovely boardwalk. Follow the boardwalk and take the stairs up to the Smögen Bridge for an easy walk over to Smögen, or hop on the taxi boat Zita, which departs from the harbor about 300 meters from the house.
About the accommodation – indoors
Newly built villa (2020) in central Kungshamn, just 300 meters from the boardwalk, the nearest swimming spot (Näbba), and popular restaurants like Tant Anton and Esters. Close to shopping and the ICA Skeppet grocery store.
The house has two floors. The ground floor offers spacious social areas with two living rooms featuring sofas and armchairs for cozy TV evenings, a dining table for eight people, and a well-equipped kitchen with a kitchen island, large fridge and freezer, and a wine cooler – perfect for cooking enthusiasts.
Upstairs there is a living room with a large TV and sectional sofa (sofa bed, 160 cm wide), as well as three bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Double bed and closed wardrobe with hangers
Bedroom 2: Double bed, walk-in closet with ample storage and TV
Bedroom 3: Two single beds (120 cm and 90 cm, can be arranged as desired) and closed wardrobe with hangers
Bathrooms are available on both floors: one with a shower on the lower floor and one with a shower and bathtub on the upper floor.
About the accommodation – outdoor area
Large terrace with a sheltered seating area that gets sun from morning until afternoon for those who prefer relaxing at home instead of at the beach. Evenings can be spent in the cozy conservatory/greenhouse with an outdoor kitchen (running water, fridge, and freezer) and plenty of seating. There’s also a charcoal grill and a pizza oven for wonderful dinners.
Practical information
Parking for three cars on the driveway, as well as free charging for electric cars. Guests bring their own bed linens and towels. Cleaning is performed by the guests themselves.
