The house offers three bedrooms with comfortable beds (2 × 105 cm beds, 2 × 80 cm beds and 1 × 160 cm bed), a large living room of approx. 45 sqm with about 6 m ceiling height, a fully equipped kitchen, one toilet upstairs (the shower is outdoors, under the open sky, but private), dining areas both indoors and outdoors, an orangery with sofa and armchairs, a terrace with outdoor furniture, an outdoor kitchen with a large grill, and a private outdoor shower.
For families with children, a crib/children’s bed and high chairs are available.
The property is surrounded by a natural plot of approx. 1,500 sqm with granite rocks, garden and open areas – perfect for play, relaxation and long summer evenings. Close to the sea, cliffs, beaches and climbing areas.
The house is located about 2 hours from Oslo, about 1.2 hours from Gothenburg, and 20 minutes from Smögen and Lysekil. Nearby you will find Nordens Ark (a popular wildlife park), about 15 minutes by car, and Röe Gård with café, restaurant and playground, just a few kilometers away and also reachable via a beautiful forest walk.
