Description
Completely renovated holiday home with a sun terrace on the south side and large grounds with all space to play. Nearest neighbours at 550 meters. The modern holiday home is on 65 m2 and is located on a small hill.
Swimming on 2 km in lake Boen. Fishing in lake Axebosjön with the possibility of lending a rowboat.

The hilly grounds are surrounded by forests and close to the highest point of the province of Östergötland, 327 meters above sea level.

The holiday home was completely renovated under 2016-2017.

You come in a light hall with shoe- and coat rack
A roomly bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe and a dresser. Bedroom number two has a bunk bed, an extra bed and a wardrobe.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin. There is also a washing machine, sink with countertop.
Living room with cozy fireplace (free wood), flat screen TV, corner sofa that can be converted into a double bed (children / teenagers). Also here is the dining table for up to 7 people.
Well-equipped modern kitchen with fridge and freezer, stove with oven, microwave, toaster, etc. Breakfast corner table with stools.
Here is the exit to the sun terrace at the front of the holiday home with a garden table and chairs.

Wi-Fi and cable TV.

The hall opens onto the south-facing sun terrace, with garden furniture and barbecue. Spacious plot with swing, toys, small slide and playhouse for children.

Welcome to the tranquility of a lively landscape with grazing cows and calves in the adjacent meadows. The surrounding forests offers many hiking trails and the possibility to pick berries and mushrooms.

Lake with small sandy beach within 2 km. Fishing in lake Axebosjön (2,5 km) with the possibility of lending a rowboat.

Proximity to one of the most popular destinations, the Brantefall waterfall, the ravine Susehålsravinen and the stream Silverån.

Svinhults with small open-air museum, Eksjö Old Town, Ravine Skurugata, Bruzaholms Bruk with ironwork and Astrid Lindgrens World (48 km) is in the area.
