Welcome to our familys beautiful summer house in Steneby with water so clean you can drink it! We rent this out to nature lovers and those who really appreciate the lake, the tranquility, the nature and total peace. The house is located on a peninsula on Ivägsjön with sandy beaches on two sides and cliffs / jetty on the third. We have improved and invested a lot of work in our beautiful family house in 2020. All this to further strengthen the impression of the house and the area for you who will rent our lovely house. New master bedroom with toilet and sink, new roof, new fireplace, new outdoor furniture, bathroom with water-toilet, shower, washing machine, dryer, towel dryer and underfloor heating. Glass-enclosed outdoor room and a larger kitchen with dishwasher. New furniture, better beds and the fiber extension 100 MB with smart TV with 20 HD channels plus all satellite channels. Garbage collection and stairs to the beach are also improvements. We have also purchased a lovely wood sauna.
It is a dream to come to Skuggetorp! As you drive down the hill paradise opens up. Youre going to love it! A place to re-energize and rest! Plenty of fresh perch and pike in the lake. Catch some and serve them for breakfast. If you get tired of cooking there are 2 very good restaurants, one right across the lake, and the other a few kilometres away - take the boat, canoe or use the bikes - you will love it!
There is free WIFI and boat and 2 bikes included.
