Beauty, calmness, privacy, wild nature and the sea, bird song and sea sounds. No noise from airplanes or cars. House in wonderful landscape, close to the water-front on sunny site facing west on eastern coast of Gräsö Island. Wonderful, unexploited archipelago known to be the best area in Sweden for kayaking. Only one distant neighbour. Private jetty and sea terrace for sunbathing, fishing and very good swimming. Main house of 80 m2 with light and spacious interior. Living room with TV and fire place, and well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, both rooms with breath taking view of the sea and the sunsets. 6 beds in 3 nice bedrooms - two rooms with morning sun and one with afternoon sun, terrace doors, and a view of the sea. Bathroom with maintenance free biological closet, shower and washing machine. Terrace on two sides. Sun from morning to evening.
Guest house 20 m2 for 2-3 persons. Running cold water, hand basin, kitchen with table and chairs, refrigerator and electrical stove with oven. May be let out if agreed on.
Outdoor grill. One rowing boat included. A very pretty walking path 100 m from the car to the house. Wheel barrow. Fresh water of very good quality from drilled well. Also week-ends in late autumn. Only careful guests. It is not possible to book the property for partying.
