Only a short drive from the house you can reach the ocean! There are various options for renting boats and swimming.

You are also close to Kalmar, the biggest city in the region with its beautiful castle and many Shopping opportunities.

During a day trip you can easily drive to the island Öland and visit old Viking ruins and the Borgholm castle! You might even bump into a member of the Swedish royal family - they like to reside on Öland in the summer!

Directions
From Kalmar, you can drive to Läckeby and past Läckeby until you reach a sign to go to Kristvallabrunn. This road takes you directly to the village Tombo.

There is a bus going from kalmar to the nearby laeckeby. Also, you can take bikes to get to and around the house. The easiest way to get around would be by car, as you can get to kalmar within 12 minutes and within 10 minutes to the ocean.

There is enough parking area at the house for two cars.
