A classic west coast style Swedish villa in a very attractive location 25 m from the sea. The island has a reputation for its beauty and charm and for most of the time offering sunshine and a clear blue sky. The road Rosenvägen (Rose street) is well known for its roses and wedding photos are often taken by the house. There is an easy access to the sea and most inhabitants have there own boats. Ferries can take you to beautiful islands like Marstrand, Åstol, Dyrön and more. Take the chance to rent kayaks to really get the full archipelago experience close to natural life of birds, fishes and vegetation. There are two restaurants on the island; Salt & Sill with a menu typical for the west coast, sauna and recreation area and Kylen just 5 min from the house. The island has a grocery store 10 min walk from the house. The 135 m2 house has three bedrooms, living room with an open fire, kitchen, TV-room, two toilets, a terrace by the entrance and on the back side of the house, and a sunny balcony facing south.
