In this nostalgic house you live in the spirit of Alsing Svensson. A house that tells about his life as a fisherman, boatman, society man, poet and more. Simple standard and old fashioned interior. 3 separate bedrooms and a hallway with a sofa bed. Total number of beds are 6.
Possible to put up 2 more extra beds.
Fångö lies about 4 nautical miles from the mainland. The transport to the cottage is made by the landlord after telephone contact. The transport from the cottage is made by the landlord. Transportation to and from the mainland during the stay can be ordered from Östgötatrafiken sea traffic, line 776. The lay-by on the mainland is Fyrudden Gryt, on Fångö Brygga no 7, where there are also other travellers to and from Fångö who get off and on. The jetty is also used as a post-jetty where the mail-boat lays by.
On Fångö you live secluded in a very peaceful area. On the island there are great hiking trails in forest terrain. In the archipelago of Gryt you have free fishing with hand fishing tools.

Piers by the boat house is shared with the landlord.
No water indoors. Drinking water available in cans that may be filled by the landlord.
Indoors you have a commode with hand basin and pot.
Fresh outhouse.

Rowing boat with outboard motor included. Outdoor furniture and barbeque. Pets allowed. Smoking not allowed.

Rental per week: Week 1-25, 4200 SEK. Week 26-33, 4800 SEK. Week 34-52, 4200 SEK. Day low season, 800 SEK, Day high season, 900 SEK.
