Newly built cottage of 25 sqm with view of Herman island-Gullholmen. About 5 min walk from the ferry slip Piren. In the cottage there is a bunk bed and family bed with lower bed 120 cm and the upper bed 90 cm.
Fully tiled bathroom with shower and toilet.
In the cottage there are children books, some games and more.
The cottage has an efficient air conditioner so that you may have any temperature you wish for inside, regardless of the outside temperature.
The cottage has a large deck of 28 sqm facing south-west with sun from sunrise until sunset and you see a bit of the ferry trail and to the west you have a beautiful view of Herman island.
On the deck there is outdoor furniture and a coal-fired barbecue.
Close to beach, crab fishing and Herman island nature reserve.
Arrival/departure Saturdays.
NOTE. We want the cottage to be as fresh as possible for our tenants. Because of this smoking is not allowed in the cottage and pets are not welcome.

High season: 5000 SEK/Week
