Living area: 52 sqm Rooms: 3 Beds: 4 + 2 extra beds Description Nature Close winterized cottages located in beautiful Nedflo surrounded by forests and lakes. You need a car or other means of transport since it is 7 km to Hindas and public transport. Let us know before you book as we at times and on short notice using the cottage sometimes ourselves or lend to close friends. However, we will NOT cancel approved reservations. We also rent shorter periods than a week, however, at least four days in high season and 3 days in of season - ie, there may be days off during blocked weeks. During the winter, so we only rent monthly - minimum rental period of 60 days. There is also access to an extra bed and a 120 cm wide air mattress if extra sleeping desired. Washer and dryer are available. Also included barbecue, garden furniture, stereo, TV ( no channels ) , DVD player , DVDs ,, kitchenware, linens and towels. The house is partially prepared for handicaps as there is ramp up to the front door and removed thresholds. Previous owners had handicap support in form of indoor walker and wheelchair outdoors. Somewhat crowded with wheelchair indoors but works with some benevolence. Guests have full access to the cottage and plot, but not garages and related conducted . My daughter Frida s principal owner. I live about 150m from the chalet and supervision is in me. Usually at home if problems arise . The house is located outside Hindas , about 35 minutes drive from both Gothenburg and Borås and about 20 minutes drive to Landvetter Airport. From the house it is about 7 km to Hindas in which you can find grocery, some shops, pizza-restaurant , electricity lit jogging-paths, canoe rental and connection to public transport. From the cottage is about 1500 meters to the popular and fine Nedflo beach located at the Vastra Nedsjon . In Hindas vicinity there are beautiful natural areas that invite to walks , running routes , berry and mushroom picking , canoeing , swimming and fishing . Map; Search for Flodavägen Hindås In Hindas there are both bus and train to Gothenburg and Boras. Adjacent to the station is also a free shuttle parking. Houserules: Smoking not permitted indoors. Pets allowed. Cleaning is not included but guests are responsible for cleaning up after up after themselves. Please return the house in the same condition it was in when you arrived. Do not bring our towels to the beach, please use your own. We apply the principle that you should not have to pay for something you do not want. Either we raise the base price and let all be included, or those who want, pay for that particular detail / service. The base price is set for those who not want something more than just accommodation. For example. Housekeeping, most would rather clean up then pay extra. In conversations with former guests a clear majority prefer the above principle as the best As a step to bring down the price of the accommodation the cleaning fee is not included but guests are expected to clean up after themselves, however, you can get cleaning if you like. The cost of this cleaning is on 300-800 SEK, depending on how long you stay and how many you are. Most guests choose to clean themselves. Wi-Fi: We have found an internet provider that can deliver internet even shorter times. However, the price will consequently will be higher per day / week. At the first occasion there will be for a lease of the router with 50 SEK 1 day (24 hours) - 80 SEK 2 days (48 hours) - 100 SEK 7 days - 250 SEK Unfortunately there are only these options, if you want to have, for example, 3 days it will be 1 day + 2 days Example: You want internet four days - your price becomes: 2 x 2 days + 50: - = 250 - (100: - + 100 - 50 - 250 = :-) The cost of this is paid in cash to Tord / Frida since we pay the ISP invoice. Due some bad incident in the past, we also want to have a deposit of 1000 SEK for the cottage. We do not book before we have received that money. If you cancel your booking you will lose your deposit. For the internet router and the Chromecast it is also a deposit of 500 SEK and will be paid in cash at arrival and returned when you leave. During winter (01Nov-17 tom 31Mars-18) we will rent it out hole time. Price will be 6000:- for the house / mount (plus El and garbage). You have to clean proper before leaving. Deposition 10 000:- that will be pied back after rental time. Directions From Gothenburg : Road 27 (Highway ) towards Jonkoping ( Boras / Landvetter Airport ) First exit AFTER Landvetter Airport ( Hindas / Ravlanda ) Turn left towards Hindas ( Route 156). About hundred meters after you passed the 50 - sign in Hindas - take the first left, over the railway , down and across a small bridge . About a hundred meters after the bridge turn right ( the second right after the bridge ) into Takkullevagen . Takullevagen begins with a short but steep hill. Drive a few kilometers on Takkullevagen . You will eventually round a bay on the Vastra Nedsjon then an uphill and soon after a downhill . Then it is the SECOND road to the left - Flodavagen Is easy to miss this side road so be vigilant that it is located right after a small bridge and opposite a white house with a small fir hedge. The road is marked with a small sign Flodavagen . If you are passing a beach on your right side then you have driven too far . Follow Flodavägen until you have passed a yellow house on the left side (Ca 1500m) and then it´s the second red house on the left and is clearly visible from the road.
