Living area: 80 sqm Rooms: 4 Beds: 7 Description Welcome to the cottage Summer that the grandchildren calls it and its 250 m from mileswide beach with Åhus in north North side and Stenshuvud and Kivik in the South side, thats what you can see with your bare eyes. The rest lies further south. Its in Degeberga summer village by rigeleje kiosk and camping. The cottage celebrates 50 years this year and has been ours all the time. A ver cosy and warm cottage with two floors. In the ground floor theres a large living room with large dining table and 8 chairs and a comfortable sofa group in front of a fireplace, a small fully equipped kitchen with hdishwashing machine. Toilet with shower. A bedroom with two beds. The upper floor has two bedrooms with two beds in one ad three in the other. TV available, but internet works so and so! Can be great if you want to spend time together and enjoy eachother instead of smartphones and computers!! The yard is a nature yard with a small lawn in front of a veranda with doors and a small patio. Barbeque availablle. 200 m towards the sea you have Rigeleje kiosk with ice cream, serving and camping. There are also miniature golf as an activity! Directions Road 19 between Brösarp 10 km and Degeberga 5 km take towards Olseröd. In the slope after about 700 m take towards the sea. just before the sea after 2,5 km take right towards Rigeleje camping. In the summer village 4th road to the left Rigevägen 8. 4th house, light grey with white sides. Youre there!!
