The cottage has got an elevated, quite location with a fantastic garden with the beach just around the corner. As well as beach activities and swimming, there are also beautiful footpaths, rock climbing, night life and restaurants a short distance away. Within easy reach by car or even bike, you will find the summer paradise of Bohus Malmön, Smögen, Kungshamn, Väjern, Ramsvik, Hunnebostrand och Bovallstrand. Nordens Ark (park for endangered animals), Havets Hus (sea aquarium) and Tumlaren (gym and health club) is within easy reach by car. The Stenugnsbageriet, bakery and cafe, is within walking distance and serve delicious homebaked bread and cakes.
The cottage is surrounded by a fantastic garden full of flowers and fruit trees and a lawn that invites to a game of badminton or croquet. There are several sun decks and verandas and you van always find a spot to relax, either in the sun or the shade. One of the verandas are built-in and used as a conservatory with infrared heating.
The cottage consists of a modern kitchen, dining room with an open fire and sofabed and a bedroom with a double bed. Separate toilet and a shower room. There is also a small guest house in the garden with two additional singel beds.
