Located between Astrid Lindgrens world, Katthult, Bullerbyn and the new film village. 15 km to Vimmerby, where there are good restaurants, shops with nice shopping. A popular day trip may be to go to the tourist town of Västervik or to the wooden town of Eksjö.
Two kilometers from the house is Mariannelund with the caramel shop and the new Film Village. There are also gas stations, ICA, Pharmacy and Health Center, several restaurants and several flea markets.
At 200 meters distance is the scenic Spilhammarsbad, which is handicapped accessible. There is also the idyllic Sommartorpet which offers Cafe, Restaurant, Miniature Golf, Pubs with live music and much more. In addition, there is the possibility of nesting in a special lake where there is implanted nest.
The cottage is very scenic by a lake with its own beach and its own pier. Canoe and rowboat are included so you can take a trip in one of the adjacent lakes or rivers. The house built in 2005 has a large living room with double ceilings. One bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with toilet and shower. The half house has a sleeping loft with a double bed. Laundry room with washing machine. Large balcony around the house. Gas grill and charcoal grill outdoors. No smoking, no pets. Allergen.

From Jönköping go R40 to Mariannelund. Continue R40 towards Vimmerby. Go past the avenue road to Campingen which comes after 1 km. Go past the road to Katthult coming after 200 m. Turn right after 200 m. Skylt Rökulla Södra. Continue straight ahead 500 m to the power line and two trash cans. Turn right, then 200m left.
