The house lies in a wonderful beautiful archipelago nature with sun view on Östra Lagnö, with the wild and untouched archipelago that is told to be the best of Canadian paddling. Nice neighbors, not to close. Nice child friendly beach with sand and cliffs, only 60 seconds away. Large wood deck perfect for large company and nice days/nights. A wonderful Glasshouse on 25 sqm with sea view, sofa group and dining croup and TV, a great place for evening coziness. Light and open interior. Living room and kitchen with sea view. Well equipped kitchen with micro. Incinerator toilet and washing basin on toilet in connection to the main building. Separate shower in building on the site. One bedroom in the main building with double bed. Veranda with sofa and cozy sea view. Sunny all day, from sunrise until evening. Car road all the way. Large parking with space for 3-4 cars. Whats mentioned below may be borrowed at no extra charge: Barbeque and smoke wth wood available. Fishing rod, a rubber boat with motor with 4 hp, a large trampoline for the whole family, Canadians for 4 persons, a family Canadian and a single canadian, and bikes. Drinking water from own well. The water is tested in laboratory to be great tasting and drinkable. It has a slightly yellow color. Common drinking water without color may be picked up from Ljusterö Torg. During early summer and autumn its possible to rent for a weekend. Only well-behaved guests. On site are in total 4 buildings: 2 guest houses, one glass house and a main building. One of the guest houses is used as a shed and is not for rent.
