Fireplace with insert and air / air heat pump that works excellent as air-condition on hot summer days if desired. Wifi (Wireless), Radio and TV. Swedish free channels, DVD and Chromecast (to stream to TV). The beach is about 300 meters away, for lazy days at the beach or for the Golf interested, there is Sölvesborg Golf course about 2 km away, look at their website for more information. There are both beach cafés with live music some evenings and restaurants in the immediate area. see tourist information. Via Sölvesborg bridge you reach Sölvesborg city center easily by bike about 5 km away. 2 bikes are included. Infinite with roads and walk stretches in the area. Final cleaning and Bed linen / Towels can be booked for a fee. Minimum rental period is 2 days in low season, only full week in high season. Power costs are charged with 2 SEK per kWh

Find here: E22, take off at the sign Nogersund / Mjällby. After about 500 meters in a roundabout, turn right into Sölvevägen, after about 350 meters turn left into the roundabout onto Mjällbyvägen and keep right after 200 meters and drive on Ljungaviksvägen for 2,6 km, turn right onto Sandviksvägen and drive 1, 2 km, turn left onto Mossasträtet, drive straight until the road ends after about 1.4 km, turn right on Grammahagsvägen, after about 300 meters turn right on Pianovägen, and there is the house. Use Google Maps with advantage.
