Welcome to our cozy farmhouse outside Torup in Halland.
The holiday house is adjacent to our farm, about 100 m from the river Nissan. Here you´ll have a calm and restful stay with beautiful nature around the corner. Dogs are welcome and the house is non-smoking.
You can enjoy the evening sun on the patio or down at the barbecue area next to the jetty. At the jetty there are swimming and fishing possibilities and there is a canoe to borrow.
Adjacent to the barbecue area there is a small oak park with cable car for the children.
On the farm you will meet our dog Molly and her five cat friend Pyret, Måns, Madicken, Micke & Molle.
The surroundings are very beautiful with water and forest around and several excursions and swimming opportunities nearby. There are hiking and cycling trails nearby as well as a golf course 3 km away.
Several of the Kattegatts beaches on the west coast are at a distance of about 40 kilometers from the house. During winter time, Hestra with several ski lifts is only 70 kilometers away.
Swedens most popular excursion Gekås in Ullared and major cities such as Halmstad and Falkenberg are 40 kilometers away.
The two floor cottage has a living space of 90m².
On the lower level there is hall, kitchen, dining room with wood burning stove, bedroom and bathroom with washing machine.
The bedroom is furnished with two single beds, a bunk bed and also here is a working wood burning stove for warmth.
On the upper level there is an open plan living room with a double bed, two single beds and a cot in one part and in the second part there is a sofa, three armchairs, TV and a woodstove.
High season transitday Saturday and minimum nights 7.
Low season transitday optional and minimum nights 2.
Directions
- From E6:
- Take the E6 and exit at Halmstad N.
- Continue on road 26 towards Jönköping. Keep driving for about 35 Km until you reach the roundabout after Torup.
- Take a right turn in the roundabout towards Rydöbruk.
- After approx. 1 Km, turn to the right towards Mjälahult.
- After about 500 meter- just before the bride over the lake Nissan- drive to the right onto a small pebble road.
- Drive on for 1 km.
- The 3rd house on your right side is your holiday home.
- You have arrived. Welcome!
