Upstairs:
Shower, WC, sink. Bedroom one with double bed, balcony, bedroom two with two single beds, balcony.

Smoking indoors is prohibited!
No pets.

Outside the house large covered terrace with outdoor furniture.
From the garden you can walk to the beach or opposite to the forest, where it is located
a forest road 2 km. it leads to a small forest lake.

Bytes day Saturdays arrival at. 4pm departure Saturday at. 10:00.

Do you want to rent bed linen and towels SEK 150 / person.
The final cleaning is done by the guests or can be purchased for 1500 SEK.

The price is valid 7 nights Saturday to Saturday.
Max 8 guests.

Final cleaning, bed linen, towels and other consumables are not included.

Prepayment applies.
20% of the rent is payable at the time of booking. The remainder is payable 60 days prior to arrival.

A deposit of SEK 3500 is payable in connection with the final payment, and is recovered shortly after check-out, provided that cleaning and other things are as expected.

The house can only be rented out to the guests (references may be requested).
