Everything is on a wonderful lake plot with a 70 m water line. The lot was owned in the 40s by Västerås Boat Club. Charming cottage of 60 m2 with fantastic Mälar view from all rooms.
The cottage has 2 bedrooms (with 2 beds in each), water toilet (WC) with shower, kitchen, living room (with sofa bed for 2 more people).

Newly renovated kitchen containing stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, nespresso machine, soda stream (bring your own gas tube) and kettle. Fridge and freezer are also available in the house.
The entire house e is cozy and nicely furnished. The built-in veranda in the house is 10 meters from the water and gives a wonderful atmosphere.
Outdoor porch for both large and small cottages. The large cottage outdoor veranda also has a part that is under a roof.
The small cottage of 20 m2 also has a fantastic seaview from each room.
It has a water toilet (WC) and a bedroom containing 1 bunk bed for 2 people and 1 so-called family bunk bed for 3 people.
Large, flat and wonderful play area for children. Perfect for a lot of outdoor play such as fireball. Outdoor toys and many indoor games for children and adults are available. Or maybe you just want to sit on the veranda and enjoy the view, when you are not grilling or swimming.
Large Weber charcoal grill available.
10 kilometers to the nearest shop: ICA Nära Granbecks livs (open Mon-Thurs 9.00-18.00, Fri 9.00-19.00 and Sat 9.00-14.00).
Perhaps you want to take advantage of and experience the beautiful nature of Sörmland nearby, with nice walking areas in forests and open landscapes and with very good mushroom and berry forests.
25 km to 2*18-hole golf courses (Strängnäs Golf Club or Eskilstuna Golf Club). 25 kilometers to Strängnäs and also 25 kilometers to Eskilstuna (with Eskilstuna zoo with unique white tigers etc.).
10 km to Sundbyholm Castle (www.sundbyholms-slott.se) where there is a castle restaurant as well as a fantastic marina with both café and restaurant and Mälarens largest public sandy beach.
Running water in the 2 toilets (WC), in the shower and in the kitchen (not potable, so bring drinking water). 2 20 liter cans (one with tap) are available. Hot and cold water in the sink and shower in the main cabin. If you need to top up, it is perfectly possible to do so at Preem at ICA Maxi Eskilstuna, 20 minutes by car from the cabin.
A rowingboat is included in the rent.
There are many life jackets to borrow: 2 pcs 20-30 kg, 1 pc 30-60 kg, 1 pc 40-60 kg, 2 pcs adult up to 90 kg and 1 pc 70-90 kg.
Blankets and pillows are available.
Bed linen and towels are included.
