Description
Cozy and renovated cottage with sea view and spectacular sunsets over the Baltic Sea.

In the evenings you can also go down to the pier and have a picnic by the beach and the large garden has pear trees and invites to both garden games.

If you want to bring a smaller boat, it is good to put it at the pier. Canoe is complemantarty.

In the morning you can walk or cycle down to the sea bath at Varvsholm or the bathing platform in Klintehamn where the Karlsö boats also start. In the harbor there are two restaurants that are very popular for a drink or dinner at sunset.

Klintehamn is a small village about 30 km south of Visby with beautiful natural areas around the cottage while it is walking distance to Coop, the tennis court and the electrically lit bark court in the village.

The nearest beaches are Varvsholm about 1 km, Björkhaga 2.5 km, Sandhamn 10 km and Tofta 13 km.

For golf enthusiasts, Visby GK Kronholmen is about 10 km north and if you like kitesurfing, Gotlands center for kitesurfing is about 5 km away. The cottage is about 70 sqm and has 2 bedrooms with double beds and a combined TV room / guest room with an extra bed. The fully equipped kitchen upstairs is adjacent to the terrace, overlooking the Baltic Sea, and the dining room for cozy late dinners. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and washing machine.

TV and broadband / WiFi are included in the rent. The cottage is from 1854 and was renovated in 2015. The cottage has an retained authentic character so do not expect modern white and black interior. This is a cottage you choose if you want to be close to amenities, swimming and unforgettable sunsets.

NOTE! The cottage is rented for a period of 4 optional consecutive weeks during the summer. Longer rentals are possible if there is interest.
