The cottage lies secluded in a scenic environment, totally undisturbed and about 600m from the landlords well-cared farm.
To the picturesque Little city Gränna its only about 7 km. Here is lots to see among other things the famous production of peppermint rock candy - polkagris. A nice daytrip to Visingsö which lies in the lake Vättern is a must, here you can explore the Island with Remmalagen, horse and wagon. Nearby is several hiking trails such as the John Bauer-trail. To Jönköping its 40 km and here is a large shopping mall with many nice shops and boutiques.
