Cottage with idyllic location by a lake for rent. The house is located at the end of the street and the location is really quiet and peaceful. Here you can enjoy swimming in the lake, fishing, hiking, mushroom picking and all that nature has to offer.
The cottage has beds for 4 people, A double bed (180 cm) and a bunk bed (90 cm). There are two separate bedrooms. On the plot there is a small guest cottage with 2 beds.
Living room with sofa, TV and fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and utensils. Large dining area overlooking the lake. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Washing machine available.
Patio with outdoor furniture and barbecue.
In the garden there is a small sandbox, swing and slide. Large plot bordering the forest. On the plot there is a wonderful barbecue area and there are many blueberries growing.
Down by the lake there is a small bathing area with a jetty. Fishing license not required, there are pike and perch in the lake.
The Bohusleden trail passes close to the cottage and the entire Svartdalens nature reserve offers fantastic hiking.
Booking of 2 weeks, 1500 SEK discount.
Electricity, heating, water and wood for the stove are included in the price.
Cleaning is extra, 1200 SEK. Cleaning is done by a cleaning company.
Bed linen, towels are not included.
