Welcome to Villa Solvide in Smålandish Lessebo and our big and delightful vintage apartment in the middle of the glass kingdom!
You rent the first floor in the old wooden house wich is in the architectural stile of the 1920/30s. The 95 square meter spacious apartment has its own entrance, a little cosy garden faceing south and a driveway with room for one car.
Landlord resides in the apartment above with there own entrance and drive way on the opposit side. The house is located in a cozy and calm residential area.
The accommodation has a geordious kitchen in vintage/retro stile and also a large vintage furnished dining room and a cozy living room with more modern furniture for comfort and cozy winter evenings. There is also a relaxing recliner massage chair.
The apartment has two bedrooms. One large vintage furnished main bedroom that has a duoble bed with a very comfortable modern 180-madrass and one folding cot.
One smaller with a bunkbed of familytype. A kind with a 120 cm wide lower bed for 1-2 persons and a 80 cm wide (max 70 kg) top bed.
Bathroom has new fresch sanitations 2021 and of course both hot and cold water.
One animal is allowed but not in furniture. The accomodation are equiped with foodbowls and dog bed.
It is also possible to book washing mashine in the basement if needed.
Please consider, due to the fact that most furniture and utensils in the apartment are antique and vintage it is necessary that you as guest take special consideration, care and responsibility then of the average accomodations.
You can rent beddings and towels at arrival for a cost of 150 SEK/set.
Also at arrival, final cleaning can be ordered for 1500 SEK.
Heating surcharge by 500 SEK/week will be added in september, october, mars, april and by 1000 SEK/week during november-february. Payment for addons is payed directly to landlord. Sam with the heating surcharge.
Other information: We are working hard and bit by bit with renovations an restaurations of the house and gardens. This can give you a nice surprice (hopefully) at return visits. Ve would love to hear your tips and wishes!
About the local area:
There are several small lakes in the sorroundings and several bathing places to discover. In the cozy garden there are room to socialize and and also places to sit and eat your meals. In Lessebo center about 300 meters away there are foodstores, café, restaurants and more so you have almost anything you need in walking distance .

Lessebo is sighted on road 25 between Växjö and Nybro. Turn off in Lessebo center on to Stationsgatan. Turn right on to Kronobergsgatan down by the busstops. 3rd house on your right hand side, a big yellow wooden house that has your entryway from Kronobergsgatan. Welcome!
