On the plot there is a separate guest house with room for 2 people. Main building The building is a croft built sometime during the 19th century. The feeling remains, but the house was completely renovated in the 2020s and now offers full comfort. Tastefully furnished throughout, a house for those who do not want to give up comfort. The heart of the house is the large cabin. A large room where the generous ceiling to ridge height and large windows give a light and airy feeling. There is room here for both a seating area and a dining area.
The stove provides warmth but also gives the room that feeling you want in a cabin. The stoves large window allows you to fully enjoy the fire. On warm days, the air conditioning is appreciated, which provides a pleasantly cool indoor climate in both the large cabin and bedroom. Adjacent to the large cabin is a fully equipped work kitchen. A smaller room equipped with 2 beds 90 cm. From the large cabin there is an exit to a spacious wooden deck. Here it is sunny from morning to afternoon. The location is protected from view. The view of forest and nature is easy to enjoy. Fully equipped with charcoal grill and outdoor furniture. Guest cabin Nice small guest cabin with room for 2 people in a 160 cm bed. On hot days, the cabin is still cool because the window faces north. Guests access The guest has access to the entire plot, main building and guest house. Other things to note Internet via fiber 500 mb/s, included in the rent. Firewood is included in the rent. Blankets and pillows are available. It is possible to rent bed linen and towels, SEK 150/person. Check with the landlord for availability. We take cleaning and cleaning seriously. It is of utmost importance to us that you, as a guest, arrive to a clean and fresh house. Therefore, professional cleaning is standard in the rental conditions and included in the rent. You will find the house along a gravel cul-de-sac with little traffic. The immediate area consists of classic Swedish landscape, beautiful beech forests, deciduous forest, coniferous forest, paddocks and fields. There are plenty of nice walking paths, and about 2 km away there is a connection to the Skåneleden. The area of Örkelljunga center with shops and services is 3 km away. Within 5 km is Hjälmsjöns bathing area, a nice outdoor swimming pool. There is also mini golf and the possibility to rent a boat for fishing. Within 30 minutes by car there are several excursion destinations, including Vallåsen, Väla shopping center, several cozy farm shops, cafes and inns.
