Nice house with four beds. One double bedroom downstairs and one double bedroom upstairs. Toilet with shower upstairs and also a toilet downstairs adjacent to the spacious hallway. Large kitchen fully equipped, stove, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and also a wood stove. Firewood is available. TV room with large lovely sofa and wood stove. Broadband, TV only chromecast. Laundry facilities are available on request. Patio with barbecue in summer. Parking adjacent to the courtyard. Bed linen, towels and toilet paper are provided by the guest. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Cleaning is done by the guest unless otherwise agreed. The host lives on the same farm. Kvarnsjö is a nice little village on a southern slope with about 35 permanent residents, a living countryside with cows, chickens and sheep. Here you can walk straight into the forest and enjoy the tranquillity. In the winter 100m to fine ski tracks. Inlandsbanan passes the village. If you take the car, it is located about 15 km from Åsarna, 15 km from Rätan and 15 km to Klövsjö where there is a supermarket and petrol station. The ski resort and golf centre in Klövsjö is about 20 km away. To Storhogna and Vemdalsskalet about 30 km where you find downhill skiing and miles of trails for cross-country skiing. Cosy restaurant in Kojbyn about 8 km in the direction of Rätan.
