Great communication by SL-bus. You can also reach Blidö by boat with the boat company Blidösundsbolaget from Strömkajen. Closest wharf is Norrsund about 3 km.

Directions
E18 Norrtäljevägen to exit Kappelskär then continue to Furusund where you take the car ferry to Yxlan and from there to Blidö (leaves every half an hour). The journey from Stockholm City takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
