Near the popular Åhus beach, Åhus Seaside, Åhusbryggan and the new nice pool area, and has a heated pool between 25-27 degrees. Also close to Ottos famous icecream-bar, Centrum with shops and the harbor with all the cozy restaurants and ice cream boat. Åhus is summer a tourist paradise with lots of events, restaurants, shops, art and shopping. Recently renovated, wellequipped, bright, modern and cozy cottage that received the highest rating of our previous guests. Cozy garden with BBQ & patio. ----- Close to everything... About 800 m from the lovely grained Täppetstranden, SPA, minigolf. Approximately 800 m to Åhus seaside/Kantarellen with a jetty and the heated swimming pools, miniature golf and beach restaurants. About 1 km to city center, shops, restaurants, art-galleries and pharmacies. ----- This part of Skåne is famous for its beautiful scenery, picturesque villages and long sandy beaches. All along the Österlen coast are small nice fishing villages, and in the spring the apple trees are in bloom... ----- The house has ... KITCHEN with new Dishwasher, new fridge / freezer, new stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker o plenty of household items. BEDROOM for 4 people: 1 Doublebed and 1 bunk bed. Living room with one leadersofa and 2 armchairs. One bed that is 140x200 cm for 1-2 persons. Big 50-tums TV and DVD. NEWLY TILED BATHROOM with shower, toilet, sink and new washing machine. Large newly built wood-sundeck. Nice patio with table and chairs, sunchairs and barbecue-grill. Baby bed and baby chair available. ------------ Communications: 200 m from the bus stop with frequent services to Kristianstad. NEAR ÖSTERLEN... ------------ High season: Week 18-22 & 37-40 can also be rented per day, at least 4 days: 1200 SEK/night. Information and more pictures can be sent upon request. Checkin on Sunday at 15:00 or by agreement. Checkout on Sunday at 11.00. ----- Smoke and pet-free inside. Final cleaning by the tenant. Wir haben das Häuschen über stugnet.se gebucht und das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterehepaar Monika und Arne Nilsson kennengelernt. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben mit allem Komfort ausgestattet; die Betten waren total bequem, sehr hilfreich war die Waschmaschine. Wir waren vom 2. bis 16. August 2015 mit 4 Erwachsenen in Schonen,hatten sonniges Wetter und konnten mit gemieteten Fahrrädern die Umgebung erkunden. Arne hat uns regelmäßig mit Insider-Tipps versorgt und sogar eine Kennenlern-Rundfahrt durch die Stadt organisiert. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter gibt es viele interessante Ziele: Wodkafabrik, Wellness-Spa, Museen, Lifemusik. Der Shopping-Ausflug nach Ystad hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. The light blue cottage has everything you need for a holiday and Arne and Monika gets the whole experience feel amazing wonderful! A day at the beach so it is said that lets go home, because thats the way it feels - at home! The hosts are so accommodating and Åhus itself is so damn fine. The cottage is perfectly situated with a small fair walk to the beach, miniature golf, and not to mention the world famous OTTO ice cream, bathing platform and restaurants. It is well worth a holiday break at Arne and Monika on Fädriften! --- In the cabin there are also booklets with tips on activities and restaurants in Åhus, Kristianstad, Österlen, Skåne. Run Fädriften straight ahead, cross the railway tracks, drive straight across Southern lively street, until you see a bus shelter ... Slow down, for now, are you close !!
