Or perhaps take a walk along the hiking trail Höglandsleden and visit the tower of Rydstornet together with the wildlife village. The evenings can for example be completed with a barbeque at Ekbacken along with summer´s scent and sound.

Directions
Ålaryd is situated 9km west of Skillingaryd. From E4 turn off at Statoil petrol station in Skillingaryd. Turn left at the middle of the town centre, at the gift shop Önska and drive thorugh the tunnel. After circa 100 metres turn right towards Nyholm-Öreryd.
After 7km turn left towards Ålaryd continue 2km to Övre Mellangård.
