Close to GOLF and to the east sides lovely sandy beaches and to the parishs famous Bird Area. Very popular area for birdwatchers. At the SKÖRDEFESTEN there is much to experience and see in Södvik and its surroundings.

PETS are welcome. DO NOT smoke indoors. Preferably contact by phone. High season during week 23 - week 34 = SEK 7400 / week. During the off-season, week 1- week 22 and week 35 onwards = price is set depending on the time of year. NOTE: WILL NOT BE RENTED OUT TO GROUPS OF YOUTHS. Please book in time with regard to especially spring / summer, as those weeks disappear quickly.
