Cottage built 1909 at Svinstorp about 5 km from Örkelljunga. The cottage is located next to the forest with only the landlord couple as close neighbours. Close to beautiful nature and forest and 2 km to the lake with swimming area and fishing possibilities.

Garden with patio at the back of the house, many apple trees, swing. The garden is adjacent to a field/enclosed pasture where there are cows from time to time.

The cottage has a living room with dining place, fireplace and sofabed, two bedrooms with separate beds, newly-renovated kitchen (2011), newly-renovated, tiled bathroom with shower (2011) and a small utility room with washing machine. It is possible to borrow a highchair and an extra bed.
