The house is just over 100 sqm, fully renovated and has 3 bedrooms with two beds in each + one crib in one of the rooms, plus a sleeping loft with one more bed. There is also a dining room with open fireplace and a living room with TV. Tiled bathroom from 2007 with WC and shower. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Beautiful garden, about 3500 sqm, with a lawn bringing you to the lake. Rowing boat can be borrowed. On the yard theres a part where you can play football, with football goal nets, swings and a playhouse. Water from own well, which is not potable. Drinking water can be taken free from the grocery store which is located 2 km from the house.

Söderbärke is located between Fagersta and Smedjebacken. The house is just outside the centre of Söderbärke, on the other side of the lake on the road Ösängsvägen, opposite the church.
