2 bedrooms with 2 beds in each room. 1 large room with open fireplace, flat-panel tv, sofa bed (2 beds), exit to glass porch. Large kitchen with oven, microwave oven, fridge, stove. 2 toilets, 1 shower, laundry room in the basement, 2 extra beds can be set up in the basement. Untamed garden.
In the area there are forests with mushrooms and a rich bird and animal life. It is about 10 minutes walk through the forest to the lake Mellankornsjön. Rowing boat for rent for 100:-/day. Mellankornsjön is part of 3 lakes called southern, middle and northern Kornsjön. Kornsjön has a great water for fishing and is a great lake for paddling canoe. Fishing licence needed.
Its about 7 km to the Norwegian border and the village Kornsjö. At Kornsjö there is a train station and a store. To Dals-Ed city centre it is about 20 km. 40 km to Halden in Norway. To Grebbestad on the west coast its about 45 km.
Included in the price, the tenant gets entrance to Dalslands Moose ranch (elk park) which is located next to Dals-Ed centre.

From north (Karlstad). Drive towards Säffle, Åmål. At Åmål turn right towards Bengtsfors Dals-Ed at roundabout. Drive past Dals-Ed towards Strömstad/Bullarebygden/Halden. After about 10 km turn right towards Halden. After about 5 km turn left towards Bästorp. After about a kilometer take first exit to the right. Drive over a small bridge, pass a barn on the right hand side. Then the house is on the right hand side. Turn right just after the house. From south (Uddevalla) Drive towards Färgelanda/Högsäter/Bäckefors/Ed/Halden. Drive past Dals-Ed towards Strömstad/Bullarebygden/Halden. After about 10 km turn right towards Halden. After about 5 km turn left towards Bästorp. After about a kilometer take first exit to the right. Drive over a small bridge, pass a barn on the right hand side. Then the house is on the right hand side. Turn right just after the house.
