Welcome to rent a summer house at our farm Kolvikens Gård.
The cottage is located in a peaceful environment close to the water where you can swim and enjoy the beautiful nature.
Stay in the countryside in peaceful and calm surroundings but still go easily to Stockholm by car (40 min) or by bus (60 min).
The house has been an old warehouse which has been made into a lovely year-round house.
On the ground floor on 35 sqm you will find:
-Kitchen with dining area for four persons, stove with ceramic hob, built in oven and microwave oven.
-Tiled bathroom with wc, area and washing machine
-Bright living room with high ceiling (4.2 m), furnished with sofa bed for two persons, and a door to the 40 sqm lovely deck, which surrounds the whole house and gets sun all day long. Marvelous sea view from the living room and the deck.
Last but not least, there are nice steps to enjoy the afternoon sun on.
The whole ground floor is tiled with floor heating.
The 17 sqm loft floor contains:
-Bedroom with three comfortabe beds, window facing north,
-Small reading area with armchair outside the bedroom door.
The floor of the loft has oiled wooden floors.
We have two boats which we would gladly lend to our guests.
Down by the beach there is a wood fired sauna where you can relax.
Bikes, cribs and child chairs are also available.
Linen and towels can be rented for 100 kr/person
Off-peak season, weekends and single nights.
Friday-Sunday 2000:-, single nights upon agreement
