In the small fishing mode hooked on Listerlandet in Blekinge, we offer our summer house about 100 sqm for rent. The house has a large grassy plot (1500 sqm) located on the seafront with many possible patios in both shade and sun. On the front there is also a balcony and a newly built conservatory with lovely views over the sea. On the ground floor is a large living room with cable TV, kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, fridge freezer) and dining area. The lower level also has a bedroom and a toilet. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom (toilet and shower). The area is very family friendly and the house is excellent as a block. A few minutes walk from the house is two beaches and a small playground and a stones throw away are hooked and Hörviks port (restaurant, ice cream stand, fish trading). The nearest supermarket is in Mjallby, about 10 minutes away by car. Available weeks for rent summer 2014 is weeks V27, V31, V32, V33 and V34. Change takes place on Sundays.
