Description
The house is located in an idyllic rural area with beautiful view of a big lake. If you look for stillness, a great view, a boat, fishing and a canoe to paddle, this is the place. You can also bring your dog.

The house is year round suited and can be rented all seasons. It´s very close to the lakes Långhalsen, Prästsjön and Båven, next to oak meadows, castles and mansions and cliffs to swim from. The area is a retreat-like oasis and in the area many of the German Inga Lindström movies were filmed. You can read more about this region at ingalindstrom.com.

The house includes a guestcabin with two nice beds and a deck with a lovely view and eveningsun. It also includes a rowing boat with fishing equipment, a canadian canoe, life jackets, canoe trolley and 2 bikes can be borrowed at no cost. It´s fully modern and nicely decorated, has a sunny South - South West location with evenening sun, a glassroom with doors to be opened towards the large wooden deck. It´s very well equipped.

Three rooms, a kitchen with wood fired stove, one large room with high ceiling with fireplace, wifi, tv, aircondition, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. Fresh bathroom with shower cabin. Cozy deck with dining area and large sofa in the glass room that also has a heater. The doors may be opened up towards the wooden deck of about 70 sqm. There is a dining area, sun chairs, a fatboy and umbrella. Barbeque and wood belongs to the house.

To the cliff beach below the house is only about 150 m via a trail through the meadow. To the sunny small sandy beach with jetty, its about 900m. Great mushroom grounds, hiking trails and bike trails around the corner.

You live close to wild animals like deer, moose, foxes, wild boar and hedgehogs. On the beach meadow below the house cows graze during summer. There are also divers, geese, swans, ospreys, great crewed grebe, heron, merganser, common sandpiper, sea mew, owls, cranes, sea eagle, golden eagle and great bittern to name the most common. The nearby bird lake Vadsjön, 800m away, has a rich bird life, especially during fall and spring. Within 50km there are several well known bird watching spots. For bird watchers the place is an oasis, hence the name Birdwatchers nest.

Dogs are allowed. On the yard there lives a cat, and sometimes a dog. The landlord lives in another house on the yard. A hill lies between the houses for privacy and space.

To Nyköping/Oxelösund with great port areas its about 25-35 km. To Nynäs and to Stendörrens nature reserve towards Trosa its about 50 km. To Malmköping its about 30 km where the book about the 100 year old man who stepped out of the window by Jonas Jonasson was recorded, a best selling book and movie. Its about 25-30 km to the Fairytale trail in Malmköping and to Bodaborg in Oxelösund, about 60 km to Kolmården as well as to Parken Zoo in Eskilstuna. To Stockholm its 125 km.
