Description
Summer house at Ramsnäset, approx 20 km from Arboga. Large 3000 m2 premises facing south, with grass, fruit trees, a huge oak tree and space for recreation and play. The large premises offers sun and shadow at all times (depending on the weather, of course...). Overlooking lake Hjälmaren from the living room TV-couch.
The house has 3 bedrooms with beds for 2 in each (Master bedroom with king-size and two smaller with bunk beds). In addition there is a detached cottage with beds for 3. Nice roofed and secluded outdoor hot water shower.
Sand beach right with detached jetty for swimming, right opposite the house approx. 100 m from the premises. Access to rowing boat. Small football pitch and boule court in the nearby area.
Perfect for family with children - there is a sandbox, swing (in the oak tree) and a trampoline with safety net. Some bicycles in various sizes available - feel free to use them. We have a cat, who is sometimes with us when we are there for longer periods of time, for information with respect to any fur allergies.
The house is 20 km from the nearest town, Arboga, where stores and most other service are available.

Directions
1. Take highway E4 southbound from Stockholm to Södertälje (35 km)
2. Take highway E20 towards Göteborg/Gothenburg (Distance to next exit 113 km. Pay attention when passing Kungsör – there is now only a couple of km’s leaft).
3. Turn left towards Hjälmare Docka immediately before passing the low bridge across Hjälmare Kanal (by the Arboga information sign).
4. Continue to T-crossing (11 km), passing Hjälmare Docka.
5. Turn right in the T-crossing, pass the bridge across Hjälmare Kanal
6. After 500 m, turn left towards Näset
7. After 200 m, follow yellow arrow to the left
8. After 4.5 km, turn left towards Ramsnäset
9. After 500 m, continue straight/right on Ringvägen (by the billboard).
Ringvägen circles Ramsnäset so you can’t get it wrong now…
10. The address is Ringvägen 38 on the left (red hus with white details and a large oak tree, right opposite the beach – first time you see the lake).
