4 minutes to the town square where among others banking, travel, markets, shops and restaurants are located. On the way you pass Kungsgatan where almost all of Varbergs nightlife is situated, however, from such a distance that you are not disturbed by it in the apartment.
If you want to go down to the sea, its just a walk in 6 minutes and youre there by the harbor where also Varberg Castle lies. From here there boats also leave every half hour to visit Getterön where both swimming and dining.
