Two apartments, one upstairs and one downstairs with their own entrances. Two apartments with 2 kitchens and all together 11 beds in 5 rooms. Modernly equipped. The apartment on the ground floor is being renovated right now and was completed by May 2014. The apartment upstairs is still not renovated but also completely modern. Both apartments we rent out together for 5000 Swedish kronor per week regardless of the season. We only rent out both apartments together. The apartments are heated centrally but there are functioning wood stoves in both. Firewood is available on site. Heating and electricity included in rent.
In the garden there is a barbeque Place for 12 - 15 persons. It can also be used as a fire Place.
Hiking trails in the forest are just around the corner and more elaborate trails are in Glaskogen 15 km away. The area is rich in animal and varied nature. Moose and deer are often seen around the house. Nice mushrooms and berries can be found nearby.
An enclosure for exercise/letting your dog run free, is near the house and included in the rent . The enclosure is 11 hectares in size and consists of varied woodland. Dogs can be walked and trained in the enclosure throughout the year. In the enclosure there is a barbecue and a small picnic cabin with two beds.
The lake Östra Silen , 1 km from the house, an exciting lake that is rich in fish attracts fishermen from Germany and other European countries. There is plenty of big pike, and perch. We also have an indigenous trout and stocked Gullspång salmon, and the best fishing is usually in early spring. Eel fishing is also permitted for those who wish to try it.
We rent out two normal new road bikes and three mountain bikes. There are also Linder Alu-canoes and kayaks to hire from us. We rent out fishing boat and sell fishing permits for the lake Östra Silen located just a few kilometers from the house. We offer information of the attractions in the area and are happy to show you .
