Description
The farm and the cottage lies next to a small road passing two lakes and a beach (about 400 m). The house is situated in the middle of Marvikarna nature reserve with interesting plants, animals and old culture.

On the farm close to the cottage lies Krampans works. By the river, that runs by the edge of the yard 50 m from the cottage, you have outdoor furniture. In the beautiful and dramatic surroundings there are forest trails and lovely spots where you may have picnic. There are plenty of berries and mushroom in the forest.

Fully equipped farmhouse of 55 sqm with 2 room and kitchen.
The house is heated all year round with ground heating. No fireplace.
Deep well with great drinking water in the house. Outside there is an outdoor room with table, chairs and barbecue.

-Kitchen: fridge, freezer, stove with oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and more.
Small dining table for 4-6 persons.
China and cutlery for 8 persons. Pots and more available.

_Laundry room in the basement with stair from the upper floor: washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The bike trail Näckros trail passes the farm. The canoe fairway in the lakes Marvikarna goes from Åker Stycke works to Trosa by the Baltic Sea. Canoes may be rented nearby.
The walking trail Sörmland trail (1000 km) passes nearby. The nicest areas lie in our surroundings according to many. About 1.5 km from the farm lies Skottvång mining area from the 16th Century. There you have a museum and a restaurant with tasty food and music every week all year round, during summer two times a week. In July a coal pit is lit up in Skottvång and in September a coal pit in Galltorp is lit(1 km) . This is well worth seeing and very interesting.

From Stockholm: 1. Drive towards Södertälje follow E20 towards Gothenburg. 2. After about 30 km take exit xxx towards Läggesta/Mariefred. 3. Drive road 223 towards Nyköping Gnesta (pass under the highway) 4. follow road 223 about 8 km. 5. Take right towards Marvikarnas Naturrestervat/ Krampan. 6. Drive about 2,5 km, between the lakes. 7. Krampan farm lies to the left in the S-curve and the hill. From Nyköping: 1 Drive E4 towards Stockholm 2. After about 20 km. take exit xxx towards Lästringe/Gnesta 3. Drive towards Gnesta road 224 about 20 km. 4. Drive through Gnesta to the store Granngården 5. After about 100 m, take right towards Mariefred 6 Keep right by Y-crossing (By airport sign) 7. Drive about 18 km to Laxne village, drive right towards Mariefred 8. After about 3 km take left towards Marvikarnas Naturreservat / Krampan 9. Drive about 2.5 km, between the lakes 10. Krampan farm lies to the left in the S-Curve and the hill.
