Newly built studio apartment in 1.5 plan with plenty of natural light and overlooks a pond and abundant planted flowerbeds. In the background you can see the plains with their typical crops, and wildlife such as pheasant, deer and hare. Magnolia studio has a furnished patio with BBQ. The nature reserve Kungsmarken, with forests, meadows, lake and golf course, is a short walk from the house. The medieval city of Lund is only 4 km away.
The apartment is designed as an open-plan studio. Downstairs has a modern fully equipped kitchen with dining area. In the opposite part of the apartment there are two beds, bedside tables, bedside lamps and coat hooks. Lower level also has a large flat-screen TV, a large dresser and a bathroom. The bathroom is fully tiled with shower, toilet, sink and shelving.
Upper half-plane consists of a loft with two beds. A sturdy wooden railing differ the loft from the room below.
Towels and sheets are included in the rent. Guests also have free and fast Wi-Fi throughout, and free parking.
Guests clean themselves, it is possible to buy final cleaning.
