Description
A picturesque gem in Österlen, Skåne! Newly renovated cottage located in the old part of the contemporary fisherman village of Kåseberga. Here you are met by a landscape with rolling hills, open pastures and an unhindered view over the Baltic Sea.
The cottage is very well equipped and comfortably furnished and with just a short walk from several village restaurants, coffee shop and fishmonger - there is the added bonus of the closeness to beautiful country side.
It is also possible to walk in along the Skåneleden trail, a long distance footpath through the beautiful countryside of Skåne. The Trail is over 1000 kilometres long but divided into separate trails – Österlenleden e.g. offers long, white sandy beaches and humid beech woodlands. Wander along the coast or along the crest of the hill. Ancient formations can be found along the way (Ales stenar). Kåseberga is well known for paragliding and surfing adventures.
There is a spacious south and west facing garden for warm, sunny days with barbeque facilities as well as outdoor lounge- and dining set. There is plenty of space for play, entertainment as well as recreation.
The cottage sleeps max 4+2 children comfortably with a master bedroom with double bed on the ground floor as well as a large separate dining room, modern and fully equipped kitchen, living room and bathroom with a shower.
The second bedroom with two separate beds (easily converted to a double bed) is located on the top floor. The top floor also holds a cosy lounge with TV as well as an area for play.
