Summer accommodation with large plot, 2 km to swimming, quiet location but close to the center of Löttorp. Villa Hasselbacken can accommodate a maximum of 8 people, including children aged 4 and over. The house has 8 beds divided into 3 rooms with double beds and one room with two single beds. One room have a balcony.
300 m to the center of Löttorp, where you will find all the services you want on holiday. You can quickly get to swimming - either Sandbybadets sandy beach or Alvedsjö rock beach.
Large living room with dining area. Wifi and TV with Telias big package. Terrace under roof but also possibility to sit outside in the sun. Dishwasher and Washing machine.
PRICE & RENTAL PERIODS
• Arrival Saturdays at 15.00 with departure Saturdays at 11.00
• Weeks 25-33 (high season) SEK 11,500/week
• Weeks 34-35 (off-season) SEK 10,800/week.
During high season only weekly rentals Saturday-Saturday. During off-season also shorter rental period. Minimum 3 nights. Price SEK 1650/night.
Sheets and towels are not included.
BOOKING & PAYMENT Booking is made via email mickemorell@gmail.com. You will receive confirmation via email that your booking is ok. Downpayment SEK 3,000 no later than 5 days after booking. The booking is binding when downpayment has been made. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 3 weeks before arrival. In the event of non-payment, the booking will be cancelled. We confirm that we have received your payment via email.
Upon arrival, the guest leaves SEK 2,000/€200 as a deposit, which is returned upon departure after an inspection.
CANCELLATION
In case of cancellation later than 30 days before arrival, the downpayment is not refunded.
In case of cancellation after full payment;
cancellation 21-11 days before arrival, half of the rental amount is refunded. cancellation later than 10 days before arrival no refund.
TERMS
• Agreed rental period applies. Transfer of the tenancy may not take place without the landlords written permission.
• Payment terms according to the heading Booking & Payment.
• Cleaning is not included, leave it in the same condition and order as when you arrived. Deternets for cleaning are included. Grill not cleaned SEK 300.
• Due to allergies, no animals or smoking are allowed.
• Force Majeure; Circumstances beyond the landlords control entitle the landlord to cancel the agreement without the obligation to pay damages to the subtenant. • Paid advance payment means acceptance of the above conditions.

Directions
From Ölandsbron, drive route 136 north about 7.5 miles. Turn left at the roundabout onto Löttorpsvägen towards Löttorp centre. Continue on Löttorpsvägen through the center. The house is on the right-hand side approx. 300 m from the center.
