This cozy cottage is located in a secluded spot with the forest at its back and a view of beautiful natural pastures straight out of an Astrid Lindgren fairy tale. The garden features a small natural pond. If you walk down through the garden and into the forest along a ridge, you’ll reach Älvasjön after 500 meters, a lake known for its coarse pike, perch, and large roach. The lake is a spring-fed lake, 21 meters deep. You have access to a large canoe (Canadian canoe). If youre lucky while on the lake, you might hear the call of the great northern diver that nests in the area. Fishing rights in the lake are included in the rental.

Eastern exit to Halmstad on the E6. Turn towards Växjö, take the second exit. Take the second exit in the next two roundabouts. Drive approximately 13 km. Turn right just after the Q-Star gas station. Drive 0.6 km. Then turn left towards Danska Fall. Drive 2.7 km. Turn right at the Bala 2 sign. Drive 500 meters on the gravel road, past the only other house, and the cottage will be on the right-hand side. Youve arrived, welcome!
