Description
Welcome to the cottage Lilla Vik in Vik - Österlens pearl. The cottage was built in 2020 and has a floor area of approx. 32 square meters divided into a living room, kitchenette, toilet with shower and sleeping loft (low second floor with double bed). The cottage is located above the beach slopes, about 200 meters from Viks fishing village, swimming beach and orchards. In the south/west position at the entrance to the cottage, there is a wooden deck with outdoor furniture (dining table, sofa group and sun beds) and 4 bicycles that can be borrowed for excursions.
Within walking distance (approx. 600 meters) there are 2 first-class golf courses (Lilla Vik and Djupadal) as well as restaurants and a conference facility. There are train and bus connections to Vik (every 30 minutes) and the bus stop is about 100 meters from the cottage. There is also a food store (AutoMat) about 100 meters from the cottage.

Equipment: Fridge/freezer, hob/oven/microwave, corner sofa bed for 2 people, beds in loft with stairs (2 people and low ceiling), coffee table, dining table that can be extended for 4/6 people, 2 dining table chairs, 4 stool, pots, cutlery, other kitchen utensils, glasses, wine glasses, plates, coffee and tea cups, coffee maker, kettle, hairdryer, WiFi (250 Mbit/s), TV with streaming options by Chromcast or computer/HDMI cable.
Rental cost: SEK 6900 for each week incl. cleaning week 26-Week 34 . SEK 4900 for each week incl. cleaning other weeks. SEK 1000 per day incl. cleaning (does not apply to week 26 to week 34 and the minimum is 3 days). If duvets, sheets, pillowcases and towels are desired, these can be rented for SEK 200 for each person and week.
