Looking to spend some relaxing days in a laid-back place with lots of privacy and enjoy the Nordic summer?
We are renting out our second home, a house located 60km south of Stockholm near Nynäshamn (approx. 50 min by car from central Stockholm).
The wooden house, built in unique 50s functional (funkis) style (renovated 2012-2016), has 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6 people), 2 with double beds and 1 with bunkbeds, a well-equipped kitchen with a big fridge/freezer, stove and dishwasher, bathroom and a big living with terrace doors and lots of natural light and an open fire place. Just in front is a southwest facing terrace with wonderful sea views (incl. bbq facilities) and additionally 2 more terraces (one under roof). The whole ground covers 18000 sqm, including 110m seafront with a jetty (access to rowing boat), flat cliffs for sunbathing/swimming and 700sqm fishing waters. Included is also a wood fired sauna with additional shower, bikes and washing machine. Fast wifi is available, so it is also possible to work remotely. You will have this whole, big private place to yourself. The nearest small town of Nynäshamn (27km) has renowned fish restaurants, archipelago ferries and direct ferries to the island of Gotland (Sweden), to Gdansk (Poland) and to Rostock (Germany).
