Summer house on Öland + access to pool Fritidshus, Färjestaden, Öland Welcome to spend the summer holidays in our summer house! As the house is located in the middle of Öland, it is a perfect strategic location for exploring the entire islands sights. Here you have free access to the community pools during high season plus free padel (2 km from Tveta leisure area, Färjestadens padel, outdoor courts, doubles plus singles courts) You also have free access to the tennis courts. There is also a football field, boules court and lovely walking paths in the area. There is plenty of room here for one to two families (10 beds). The house is 90 square meters, and consists of three bedrooms, one bedroom has a 180 cm bed and one bedroom has a family bed (120 bottom bed + 90 upper bed), and the third bedroom has a bunk bed (90 + 90 cm) There is plenty of place if you want to bring your own travel cot for the small child. The house has a large and bright living room with an open plan to the kitchen with a dining table. Bose bluetooth speakers are available to borrow. Free access to WIFI (wireless 4G router). The kitchen is fully equipped with white goods as well as a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, etc. The bathroom has a toilet, shower and washing machine. High chair is available to borrow. There are also extra chairs for outdoor use. On the balcony there is a seating area and dining table, charcoal grill, and a box with various toys and games for you to borrow. Large flat garden plot (1084 sq m) with lovely areas for hanging out and playing and a trampoline. Sun from morning to night! Rented to adults/families, not to young people without accompanying parents (23-year-old limit.) Tenants are responsible for final cleaning, cleaning supplies are available in the house. Bring your own bed linen and towels, duvets and pillows are available. Pet and smoke free! A booking fee of 20% is paid when booking, the rest is paid no later than two weeks before arrival. From the house, it takes about 10 minutes by car east to our favorite beach - Bläsinge sand beach. Ölands Zoo is also about 10 minutes from the house by car, perfect for the children! The ferry town with beaches, shops, grocery stores, cafes, marina, beaches and restaurants is also about 10 minutes drive west from the house.
