Description
With an astonishing seaview this cottage is situated up on the hills at Löderups Strandbad, between Ystad and Simrishamn. A few minutes by car to famous Kåseberga and Ale stenar. The house is in beautifull surroundings and with lovely nature trails close to Dag Hammarskölds Backåkra. The area has several divine beaches with sand. Among them, only ten minutes by car, is one of Swedens most beautiful beaches, Sandhammaren. At walking distance you will find a beach, miniature golf, pizzeria and a restaurant, where there also is a small swimming pool.
The cottage is a white stone house from the 50s with space for a big family. Four bedrooms on two floors. There are several outdoor places, one on the patio behind the house, and one in front of the house, where you have a panorama seaview. There is also a big grass court for playing and foot ball. Space for several cars.
