Description
Charming carefully, typical of renovated older fishermans house / cottage in BOHUSLÄN, Nösund with sea view, glass porch, Private beach and bridge, rocks and grass areas where you can swim, sunbathe and barbecue completely private. Our little rowboat you are welcome to use. Space for own boat is available at our dock.
The house consists of kitchen with dining area, veranda with sitting/dining area, living room with fireplace, three bedrooms with a sink in each room, shower and toilet. The house is situated on a slope down towards the water. The road crosses the site, but you get to the beach through a tunnel that goes under the road.

The village has two bathing areas with cliffs, trampolines, cabins o bridge.
In the nice little village Nösund you can find tennis court and guest house as well as hotel/restaurant/spa with many prestigious musical events over the summer.
You will find wonderful idyllic green surroundings with country roads, ideal for walking and cycling trips.
Nösund is located on the southwest Orust close to Hällevikstrand and Mollösund.
The resort is situated on the waterfront out to the west in the lee of Tången, so the situation is sunny, but not so often windy. By car or bicycle, it is close to other nice places as Käringön, stock and Gullholmen.
On Orust are also many ancient monuments and beautiful mushrooms.
A very beautiful and popular 18-hole golf course is located about 10 km north of Nösund, Morlanda.
There is much to be done within a comfortable distance.
The price includes 6 persons. For additional 1-2 persons you pay an extra fee of 1000 SEK per person and week.

Directions
8 mil north of Gothenburg. E6 towards Stenungsund. Take the Orust, pass Tjörn bridges road 160. At Varekil turn left, road 178 towards Ellös. At Tegneby take left towards Nösund 7 km.
