The house was built in 1963, and has been restored several times until 2006. The interior decoration is classical and quite personal which offers great comfort, with ample equipment. There are two bedrooms, one with two single beds and another with a convertible sofa-bed and a pull-out bed for 2 persons. Furthermore, there is a spacious and well-equipped kitchen, a living room with fireplace and an charming library and music room. The house is also equipped with several terraces, one with a charcoal grill. The surrounding is composed by hilly nature and a garden with fruit trees.

From Stockholm take road 73 towards Nynäshamn and takes off at Älgviken, ca. 3 km. before Nynashamn. Continue and pass by the entrance to St.Vika and cross over Tottnäsbron. Drive on pass Torö Church (on your right hand) and turn left at Sågsten. Continue about. 2 km. and turn left at Tegelbruksvägen. The house is located on plot 25 on a hill. Komunalt takes the commuter train to Nynashamn, and continue with bus 852 to busstop: Sågstensvägen.
