Nice west coast cottage of 70 sqm with associated guest cottage of another 12 sqm with a total of 10 beds. 2000 square meter plot with large grassy areas and forest elements where you can pitch a tent. Perfect cottage to enjoy a quiet and sunny forest plot with proximity to activities and a large swimming beach. Child-friendly as the garden has a playhouse, sandbox, trampoline and opportunities for pentathlon games. The garden invites you to several favorite places for a good book in a hammock or your own secluded corner. Three balconies, one of which has a barbecue, pavilion tent and plenty of space to set a long table. For rainy days there is a wood burning stove and windows at several directions to look out at the pattering rain. At the beach you have sunset in the water. The cottage has two bedrooms, one with a large family bed that fills the entire room (240 cm wide with 2x120 mattresses) and a baby gate. The second bedroom has a bunk bed and desk. The living room has a sofa bed (160 cm) and the dining room has a sofa bed (120 cm). The guest cottage has a bunk bed and the option to set up an extra bed. The cottage was built in 1979 and renovated in 2006, in 2018 when the veranda was isolated for winter living, in 2020 when a new spacious parking was built and two bedrooms were repainted, in 2021 when a new entrance stair and stone terrace with morning sun were built, and in 2022 when the bathroom was renovated with new surfaces. Shower, WC, washing machine in bathroom. Municipal water and sewer. Kitchen with 70 cm wide oven, stove with four plates, microwave, large fridge/freezer, kettle, Moccamaster coffee maker, toaster, juicer, waffle iron, blender etc. and plenty of crockery. The living room has a wood stove, TV, and Apple TV. The cottage has Wi-Fi. From the cottage, it is about 10 km to Vingåker with an shopping outlet area, restaurants, ICA, Coop, bank, system company, pharmacy, the nature area Båsenberga with a golf course, trail tracks and fine mountain bike trails, the nature area Lyttersta with a swimming area and a forest environment rich in trails. About 30 km away is Högsjö with beautiful nature, exercise tracks and swimming area and Brevens Bruk with a beautiful working environment, waterfalls, freesbegolf and mountain bike trails. About 50 km away is Örebro with Gustavsviks adventure pool, Lek&Busland, Marieberg shopping center, country store, etc. About 60 km away is Eskilstuna with Parken Zoo, Lek&Busland etc. About 70 km away is Norrköping with Kolmårdens zoo, Lek&Busland etc. 8 km from the cottage is Hampetorp, where a free car ferry goes to the picturesque Vinön, a popular excursion destination with swimming, culture, restaurant, performances, cafe and hiking trail. About 15 minutes walk (5 minutes with rental bikes) from the cottage is Läppebadet and Hjälmargårdens campsite with two large swimming beaches (one with docks & grass and one with sand), minigolf, coffee house with a large selection of ice cream, pizzeria and restaurant with a wide view of Hjälmarens water. There is also a well-sorted and self-service grocery store with good prices where you can easily log in with your BankID and pay by card. In the immediate area there are also a number of popular flea markets, a beaver trail, a lovely blueberry & mushroom forest with fine forest paths for those keen on walking or cycling. Carved paths adjacent to the cottage make it easy to find your way. Various adult bikes and childrens bikes are included in the rental. Div, crafts and party games are available.
