Fresh, very cozy and modern house for rent weekly in the summer of 2026. Nice well-equipped kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher, a fresh large bathroom with a washing machine. A staircase leads up to a small hall, two cozy bedrooms with sloping ceilings, in each bedroom there are two beds, 90cm and 120cm.
The spacious and airy living room downstairs has large glass panels to the west/sea and access to a terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. There is also a family bed here, with 90cm and 120cm beds. Thus a total of about 6-9 sleeping places.
Wonderful location on Gotland especially for nature and outdoor lovers. Surrounded by beautiful walking areas in fantastic Brissund by the sea 8-9 km north of Visby. About 400 meters to the beach which you can glimpse from the house and the large veranda. Walking distance to Krusmyntagården restaurant, Själsö bakery and bus stop.
Allergy-friendly. No pets. No smoking indoors. You arrive to a well-cleaned cottage and leave it at least as well-cleaned.
Sundays are changeover days. Check-out 12:00, check-in 16:00.
NOTE! Now very favorable late-booking prices! High season, week 32 costs 13,850 SEK/week. Pre- and post-season, weeks 23 - 26 and weeks 33 and later costs 7,850 SEK/week. (Check calendar for availability.)
